Can't help completely. BUT one clarification:

It looks like the first two names, Thalgahahinna Chakarawathie, are not first names but 'gay names' as they are called in English. These are inherited by children just like surnames, but the specific thing is that contrary to surnames for married children they remain.

E.g. my sister-in-law is now called Sampatha Waduge Chamani xxxx Silva and her brother is called Sampatha Waduge Ravi yyy Silva. Suppose she later marries a man called Nilan Thilakaratne, then her new name becomes Sampatha Waduge Chamani xxxx Thilakaratne.

So no matter what the translation will be, these names do say nothing about what the parents made up for him at his birth but are simply a family heritage....
