The Best person who can explain and elaborate the above topic is Dr. Sanath Deva Murutenge Esqr . He is a Fruision ( True diciple of the Lord Buddha) .And He authored 3 books on the above topic which are uncomparable to normal books written by socalled Monks and socalled interlectuals . Dhamma is on the uprise , Sin will vanish soon . Buddhism is the Universal truth , of which one can attain through Virtue , Concentration and Wisdom .
May All beings be well and Happy !

Dear Devaka Jayasuriya,
What do you mean by the question "Is Buddhism another religion?". Is religion not a Christian concept with Christian history? Is the term "religion" not too young to be applicable to Buddhism?
Sincerely,
Jochem
